Mexedia: PAAV, its digital account for businesses, exceeds 40,000 transactions
In a press release published on October 9, 2026, Mexedia presented the first activity indicators for PAAV, a digital account intended for multi-utility operators, developed by Stantup Service, a subsidiary 51% controlled since June 2026. The group listed on Euronext Growth Paris describes technological and financial support activity that complements its communication and connectivity businesses for companies.
40,000 transactions and 20 active business accounts on PAAV
According to the press release, the platform processed over 40,000 transactions and has 20 active business accounts, for a total volume exceeding 5 million euros. PAAV brings together in a single tool the collection of payments, payments, reconciliation of flows and credit control for multi-utility operators. The digital account, reserved for businesses, relies on an Italian IBAN to which virtual IBANs are associated, enabling automatic reconciliation of flows. The platform's modular APIs are designed to facilitate its connection to customers' information systems; it is already integrated into five CRM software present on the Italian market and can be integrated into any CRM equipped with API interfaces. The infrastructure relies on regulated partners holding a payment institution license recognized by the Bank of Italy, in compliance with the European PSD2 directive.
Positioning as a tool supplier for resellers and operators
The press release presents PAAV as a tool made available to resellers and operators to enable them to evolve from service providers to relationship and financial hubs for their own customers. Stantup Service, born in the energy sector as an outsourcing service provider, has gradually expanded its scope to banking services. "Banking services are no longer an external module, but a natural extension of the relationship between the operator and its customer," declared Giuseppe Dell'Acqua Brunone, Chief Executive Officer of Stantup Service. Paolo Bona, Chief Executive Officer of Mexedia, stated that "the results achieved by Stantup Service in a few months indicate that there is concrete demand in this area, and that the direction taken deserves to be supported."
