Michelin Connected Fleet Launches AI Assistant Integrated into MyConnectedFleet
Michelin Connected Fleet unveiled on Saturday its AI assistant integrated into the MyConnectedFleet platform, aimed at transforming access to operational data for professional fleets. This closed tool, tested in real conditions, allows managers to obtain operational analyses in seconds without prior manual search.
An AI Assistant to Query Fleet Data in Real Time
The Michelin AI Assistant provides fleet managers (heavy trucks, passenger transport, light commercial vehicles) with direct access from the MyConnectedFleet portal. The tool processes requests in natural language and delivers responses in textual or visual form, covering fuel consumption, driver behavior, tire wear, or vehicle downtime. Designed as a closed system ensuring data confidentiality, the AI assistant aims to reduce operational complexity and support managers on a daily basis without the need for manually generating multiple reports.
Multi-Country Deployment and Gradual Integration with Other Technologies
The Michelin AI Assistant is currently available to Michelin Connected Fleet customers in the UK, USA, France, Spain, Denmark, the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Germany, and Italy. Michelin plans to progressively enrich the solution based on customer feedback. The assistant can be paired with other group solutions (smart onboard cameras, automatic wear inspection, under-pressure alerts) to form a comprehensive and integrated approach around the needs of fleet managers.
