Omer-Decugis & Cie Expands its Executive Committee with Three Key Appointments
Omer-Decugis & Cie announces the addition of three new members to its Executive Committee. This development is part of the implementation of the group's 2030 strategic plan and aims to support its growth ambitions.
Serge de Backer joins the group as the Director of CSR and General Delegate of the Louis Omer-Decugis Foundation. He will be responsible for structuring and deploying an expanded CSR department, fully integrated into the group's strategy. Jeanne-Elise Rossi takes over as the head of Communication & Marketing with an expanded scope covering institutional, financial, and internal communication, as well as marketing. Jean Vanmalle becomes the Director of Operations and Group Supply Chain. He will oversee the entire supply chain, from production zones to customer platforms.
