Strengthening Investment in the Hotel Sector

ONE EXPERIENCE is bolstering its investment in the hotel sector with the creation of a subsidiary dedicated to the acquisition and holding of both property and business ('walls & funds') of hotel assets operated under brand names. This move consolidates the group's positioning within the hospitality ecosystem and aligns with its strategy to develop exposure to tangible assets. The group plans to launch its first investment project through this new subsidiary in the coming months. ONE EXPERIENCE already owns and operates three hotel properties in France.

Collaboration with the Dassin Group

ONE EXPERIENCE is developing this initiative in association with the Dassin Group, which was founded nearly 20 years ago. The Dassin Group manages an operational platform that includes over 48 hotels in France, comprising more than 3,200 rooms, under its own brands (Lemon Hotels, Egg Hotels) as well as franchised under the banners of international groups such as Accor and Louvre Hotels Group. The operational expertise of the Dassin Group enables the identification, structuring, and operation of hotel assets with the aim of sustainable value creation. ONE EXPERIENCE structures its development on two complementary pillars: real estate properties operated through hotel and hospitality assets, and digital assets, particularly Bitcoin, as part of its financial strategy as a Bitcoin Treasury company. The Group favors a disciplined and long-term approach, with a vision in which investment logics converge between scarcity and constrained supply, long-term commitment, patrimonial logic, and resilience pursuit.
