Two Establishments Acquired in Melun with a Capacity of 128 Rooms
One Experience (Euronext Growth Paris - ALEXP) officially launches One Hospitality Assets, its platform dedicated to investing in hotel assets under brand. This first acquisition involves two establishments located in Melun (77), operated under the Campanile and Premiere Classe brands, owned by Louvre Hotels Group. The operation is structured in association with David Dassin, founder of the Dassin Group, and in partnership with Byron Gestion, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Louvre Hotels Group. The two establishments offer a total capacity of 128 rooms and benefit from a strategic position in the economic and midscale hotel segment.
Expected Annual Revenue of 2 Million Euros
One Experience anticipates for these two assets a total revenue of around 2 million euros and an EBITDA of around 800,000 euros over a full year. The group's strategy is based on a disciplined and gradual approach, founded on tangible assets generating activity, established locations, recognized operational partnerships, and a long-term asset-based logic. One Experience intends to continue the development of One Hospitality Assets through a gradual accumulation of quality hotel assets.
