Prodways: stable revenue in third quarter, Systems doubles its sales, Products declines
Prodways Group published on October 20, 2026 revenue of €7.2 million for the third quarter of 2026, up 1% year-on-year on a restated basis. This stability masks two opposite developments: the Systems division, reduced to the Printers business, more than doubled its sales, while the Products division, which accounts for the bulk of revenue, declined.
Systems up 130%, Products down 9% in third quarter
In the third quarter of 2026, the Systems division achieved revenue of €1.2 million, compared to €0.5 million a year earlier, representing growth of 130%. Over the first nine months, its sales reached €3.0 million, compared to €2.0 million, up 48%. Growth momentum thus accelerated in the last quarter compared to the annual cumulative figure.
The Products division recorded €6.0 million in revenue for the quarter, compared to €6.6 million, a decline of 9%. Over nine months, it stands at €19.8 million, compared to €20.5 million, down 3%. As with Systems, the gap is more pronounced in the third quarter alone than in the cumulative figure.
In total, consolidated revenue reached €22.7 million in the first nine months of 2026, compared to €22.4 million in the same period of 2025 on a restated basis, representing growth of 1% on a comparable basis. This new scope follows the disposal of the Software business, completed in May 2026 for €35 million, and the classification of the Materials business, carried by subsidiary DeltaMed, as a discontinued operation.
Ceramic printers transition to production, Products slowed by summer
The growth of Systems is driven primarily by MovingLight printers dedicated to ceramic applications, continuing the momentum observed in the first half. According to the group, several applications developed with industrial players are gradually transitioning from qualification and development phases to series production.
Prodways Group notably signed an order for around ten MovingLight printers from an industrial player in the aerospace sector in the United States. Deliveries will take place during 2027, placing the contribution of this order beyond the current fiscal year.
In Products, the quarterly decline reflects a comparable decrease in Digital Manufacturing and Audiology. In Digital Manufacturing, activity in Germany is stabilizing after several quarters of decline. In France, the volume of parts produced decreased due to a lower flow of small orders during summer, while two major orders were recorded, whose contribution will be spread over several periods due to longer production cycles.
Audiology was affected by temporary production difficulties in August and September, in a context notably marked by the consolidation of teams on a single site.
2026 guidance confirmed, Systems disposal strategy continues
On the scope of continuing operations, Prodways Group confirmed its objective to maintain stable or slightly increasing revenue in 2026 and to improve the current EBITDA margin rate. The 1% growth recorded in the first nine months is consistent with the first part of this objective.
The group is simultaneously pursuing the implementation of its strategy to dispose of activities within the Systems division, already mentioned when publishing the half-year results on September 22, 2026. The process of disposing of the Materials business, carried by DeltaMed, continues to progress, and the company indicates it hopes to communicate further developments in the coming weeks.
This timeline places the Printers activity in a particular situation: it represented €1.2 million of the €7.2 million for the quarter and €3.0 million of the €22.7 million cumulative through September, while being part of a division for which the group is pursuing an activity disposal strategy.
