Rising Stone estimates its half-yearly profit at over 8 M€, nearly 80% of that for 2025
Rising Stone has provided, prior to the official publication of its half-yearly accounts, an estimate of its net result for the first half of 2026, between 8.0 M€ and 8.2 M€. This figure makes it possible to measure the progress made toward the annual target increased in late September.
The developer and builder of luxury chalets and apartments in the French Alps announced on October 19, 2026 that it would hold a webinar intended for its shareholders and individual investors on October 29, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., on the occasion of the publication of its 2026 half-yearly results. The announcement focuses first on this event, but it also contains the central financial data of the period: the net result of the consolidated group, presented as an estimate.
This level must be read in light of two benchmarks. The first is the net result of 9.86 M€ achieved over the entire 2025 fiscal year, according to the accounts published on April 29, 2026. The second is the 2026 net result target, which the company increased on September 24, 2026 to a range of 15.2 M€ to 16 M€.
An estimate between 8.0 M€ and 8.2 M€
The figure disclosed concerns the net result of the consolidated group for the first half of 2026. It is estimated between 8.0 M€ and 8.2 M€ and does not yet constitute a finalized result: the detailed half-yearly accounts will be presented at the webinar on October 29, 2026.
The company describes this half-year as a "record first half of 2026". It also mentions "a particularly strong commercial summer". These two elements are among the announced topics of the presentation, alongside half-yearly financial results and the financial situation at mid-year.
The webinar will be led by Jean-Thomas Olano, founder and chief executive officer of Rising Stone, and by Mélissa Anglade, deputy chief executive officer. Shareholders and individual investors can now submit their questions by email.
A half-year close to 80% of the profit for fiscal year 2025
Compared to the net result of 9.86 M€ for fiscal year 2025, the half-yearly estimate places the first half of 2026 at nearly 80% of the profit for the entire previous year. This is the progress that the company had highlighted on September 24, 2026, when it increased its 2026 net result target to a range of 15.2 M€ to 16 M€.
The half-yearly range of 8.0 M€ to 8.2 M€ already exceeds half of the lower end of this annual target. At the announcement of this increase, the group cited the support of sustained commercial activity during the summer.
For a real estate development company, the result of a period depends on the pace of progress and delivery of projects. The detailed publication on October 29 will make it possible to know the composition of this result as well as the financial situation at mid-year, which management has placed on the agenda.
Himalaya Plan with a 2028 horizon and over 1 billion euros in projected turnover
The third part of the webinar will focus on Rising Stone's prospects within the framework of its Himalaya development plan, set with a 2028 horizon. The press release recalls the basis on which this plan rests.
The company has a land portfolio in the development phase consisting of 15 real estate projects, namely 335 chalets and apartments for a total area of over 46,000 m², to which are added 3 contracts for account of third parties. According to the company, this ensemble represents a total projected turnover of over 1 billion euros through 2030.
This projected turnover should not be confused with either realized turnover or signed order book. It corresponds to the expected value of projects in development over the period. By way of reference, Rising Stone indicates having designed, built and marketed over 22,000 m² of projects since its creation in 2016. The group employs 52 employees and operates notably in Méribel, Courchevel, Val d'Isère and Megève.
The company is listed on Euronext Growth in Paris. The structuring element of this announcement remains the estimate of a half-yearly net result of 8.0 M€ to 8.2 M€, which will be detailed at the publication on October 29, 2026.
