SCBSM proposes a distribution of €0.19 per share and one free warrant per share
On 4 November 2026, SCBSM published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (BALO) the notice of meeting for its general meeting of 10 December 2026, at which this distribution will be proposed. The company also plans to grant free of charge to all its shareholders one share subscription warrant (BSA) for each share held.
A scrip dividend option with a 10% discount
The proposed distribution amounts to €0.19 per share and would be paid on 15 January 2027. It includes the option to receive it in shares, with a 10% discount which represents, based on a calculation as of today, an estimated additional benefit of €0.02 per share.
The reference price would be 90% of the average of the prices quoted over the twenty trading sessions preceding the general meeting, less the net amount of the distribution. Shareholders wishing to opt for payment in shares would have a period from 15 December 2026 to 4 January 2027 inclusive to submit their request to their financial intermediary.
The characteristics of the BSAs will be determined at a forthcoming board of directors' meeting and will be communicated no later than the day of the general meeting. The announcement follows the press release of 29 October 2026 regarding the situation of the property company and the availability of its 2025-2026 universal registration document.
The property company, which has SIIC status (French REIT status), holds a real estate portfolio of nearly €600 million, located for almost 95% in the central business district of Paris.
