SFPI Group: Net income of €7.3M in first half 2026, current operating income doubles
The Parisian industrial group, specializing in the protection of assets, people and the environment, published on September 23, 2026 half-year accounts marked by a clear improvement in profitability.
While revenue growth remains modest at 3.3%, it is on the results side that the turning point is evident: current operating income has doubled and net income has risen from €0.1 million to €7.3 million year-on-year.
Revenue up 3.3% driven by Air and Access divisions
Over the first six months of 2026, SFPI Group achieved consolidated revenue of €316.1 million, up 3.3% compared to €306.1 million in the first half of 2025.
Growth stems primarily from two divisions. SFPI Air (formerly NEU JKF) grew by 14.1% to €53.2 million, and SFPI Access (formerly DOM Security) by 5.3% to €125.7 million. SFPI Home (formerly MAC) remained stable at €112.2 million (+0.1%), while SFPI Heat (formerly MMD) declined by 10.5% to €25.0 million.
Gross margin stood at €196.2 million, or 62.1% of revenue, a level stable compared to 62.0% in the prior year.
Current operating income doubled, net income at €7.3 million
Current operating income stood at €10.0 million, or 3.2% of revenue, compared to €5.0 million (1.6%) a year earlier, representing a doubling over the period.
The improvement affects several divisions: SFPI Home reduced its current operating loss to €–1.4 million (versus €–2.6 million) and SFPI Air to €–0.6 million (versus €–3.5 million). SFPI Access contributed €11.2 million in current operating income.
Operating income reached €10.0 million, compared to €0.3 million a year earlier. Consolidated net income stood at €7.3 million (2.3% of revenue), compared to €0.1 million in the first half of 2025. Earnings per share came in at €0.08, compared to €0.00.
Net cash position of €78.3 million and target of €640 million for 2026
The financial position shows cash and equivalents of €124.6 million as of June 30, 2026, compared to €141.0 million at December 31, 2025. After taking into account financial debt, the net financial surplus amounts to €78.3 million, compared to €91.3 million six months earlier.
Shareholders' equity was maintained at €276.4 million. Cash flow generated from operations reached €3.8 million for the half-year, compared to €5.7 million a year earlier.
For fiscal year 2026, SFPI Group is targeting annual revenue of approximately €640 million. This level compares to €625.1 million achieved in fiscal 2025. Henri Morel, Chief Executive Officer and founder, indicated he is approaching the second half "with confidence and vigilance", maintaining this revenue target and aiming for sustainable improvement in profitability.
