Theraclion: Claude Lenoir Appointed Interim Chairman of the Board
Theraclion announced on Thursday the departure of Yann Duchesne from the chairmanship of the board of directors, a position he had held since January 2022. Claude Lenoir, a board member since 2023, will serve as the interim chairman.
Composition of the New Board of Directors
Following the general meeting held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, Theraclion's shareholders renewed the board of directors. The new board consists of Lijuan Deng, Claude Lenoir, Cédric Bellanger, Mehdi El Glaoui, and Vincent Gardès. The latter joins the board after having served as an observer in recent months.
Claude Lenoir Assumes Chairmanship of the Board
The new board has appointed Claude Lenoir as chairman of the board of directors with immediate effect. Lenoir, an experienced executive in the MedTech sector, led Echosens from 2013 to 2018 and Air Liquide Medical Systems. He has been a member of Theraclion's board since 2023. Martin Deterre, CEO of Theraclion, praised Yann Duchesne's departure and expressed confidence in the future evolution of governance under Lenoir's leadership.
Vincent Gardès Enhances International Commercial Expertise
Vincent Gardès, who joins the board, currently holds the position of CEO at Amber Implants. Formerly in charge of Vexim during its acquisition by Stryker, he brings expertise in international development and market access, particularly in the American market. His previous experiences at Germitec further complement his profile in terms of commercial structuring and value creation in innovative medical devices.
