Tonner Drones returns to positive equity and posts profit in first half
Tonner Drones published its preliminary results for the first half of 2026 on September 30, 2026. The civil drone company listed on Euronext Growth Paris reports a positive net income for the second consecutive half-year, while its revenues continue to decline. The central element of this publication concerns less the level of activity, which is very low, than the improvement in financial fundamentals: equity, which was negative a year earlier, has returned to positive territory.
Revenue of 27,000 euros and operating expenses down 38%
First-half 2026 revenue stood at 27,000 euros, compared to 67,000 euros a year earlier, representing a decline of 60%. The company attributes this change to a shift in its business model. At the same time, operating expenses were reduced to 233,000 euros, compared to 375,000 euros in the first half of 2025, a decrease of 38%. The company attributes this reduction to a cost control policy. Net income stands at 159,000 euros, compared to a loss of 141,000 euros in the first half of 2025, a swing of 300,000 euros. According to the company, financial results improved by 300,000 euros over the period.
Equity returned to positive territory
The most significant element of the publication concerns net assets. Equity advanced by nearly 3.5 million euros to reach a positive balance of 1.361 million euros, compared to a negative amount of 2.138 million euros on June 30, 2025. This turnaround comes as the company continues to manage its investment portfolio. On September 10, 2026, Tonner Drones announced that it would take a 15% stake in MHM Corporate by converting part of its receivables, an operation planned without any cash outflow. The company also holds stakes in several French companies, including Diodon, Elistair, Donecle, Roth Mions, Calibre and Azur Drones, and is developing a solution intended for the logistics sector.
Half-yearly financial report expected for October 13
The financial information presented has not been audited. The company's half-yearly financial report is being prepared and will be published on October 13, 2026. Diede van den Ouden, Chief Executive Officer, stated: "Tonner Drones recorded positive net income for the second consecutive half-year. Improving profitability remains the absolute priority of management, with the aim of creating value for shareholders." Over the half-year, the company therefore reports net income of 159,000 euros and positive equity of 1.361 million euros, two benchmarks that mark a change in sign compared to June 30, 2025.
