TotalEnergies: diesel at €2.15/L in 705 stations and €200/m³ discount on heating oil
In a press release published on 30 October 2026, TotalEnergies detailed how it is passing on to its customers the benefit of strategic diesel stocks, available at historical cost, without waiting for their physical delivery. After committing to this on 12 October, the group maintains a cap of €2.25/L on diesel across its entire network in France.
A reduced price extended to the rest of the network from 2 November
The 705 Access stations concerned by the price of €2.15/L, applicable from 31 October, represent 60% of TotalEnergies' fuel sales. From 2 November, the group will pass on the benefit of this discounted diesel to the other stations in its network, excluding motorways, depending on changes in international diesel markets.
Discounts on heating oil and non-road diesel until the end of January 2027

The group confirmed a second set of measures, applicable from 2 November 2026 to 31 January 2027, i.e. the 3 months of access to strategic stocks at historical cost. Customers heating with domestic heating oil will benefit from a discount of €200/m³, the amount of which will be shown on the invoice upon delivery.
A discount of 20 euro cents per litre, calculated relative to the international market price of diesel, will apply to non-road diesel for farmers and public works companies, as well as to fishing diesel for fishermen. The amount will appear on the invoice upon completion of the transaction.
