Transition Evergreen: Extended observation period until April 14, 2027
In a press release published on October 29, 2026, Transition Evergreen announced that the Paris Commercial Court had, at the request of the public prosecutor, exceptionally extended the observation period of its judicial reorganization.
This decision, handed down by judgment on October 26, 2026, extends the deadline to April 14, 2027, representing an additional six-month period.
A restructuring plan expected in the coming weeks
The judicial reorganization of the company, listed on Euronext Paris, had been opened by judgment on October 14, 2025 for an initial observation period of six months. This had already been extended by six months, until October 14, 2026, by judgment of April 10, 2026.
The hearing relating to the new extension, initially scheduled for October 2, 2026, was postponed to October 9, 2026. According to the press release, this additional time "should enable Transition Evergreen to finalize and present in the coming weeks a restructuring plan to its shareholders and creditors, and then ensure its implementation".
Constitution of classes of parties and conversion of Everwood
The judicial administrator, the SCP Abitbol & Rousselet, represented by Ms. Joanna Rousselet, notified the affected classes of parties of their constitution. This notification was made by mail and by notices published in the Bulletin of compulsory legal announcements and in a legal announcements newspaper on September 28 and October 2, 2026.
The company drew the attention of shareholders and creditors to the absence of certainty regarding the approval of the restructuring plan during the vote by these classes, as well as its approval by the court following this vote.
Furthermore, the safeguard procedure opened on January 12, 2026 for the benefit of Everwood, presented as a significant subsidiary of the group, was converted into judicial reorganization by judgment of October 19, 2026, following a hearing held on October 12, 2026.
