Already -79.5% in twelve months: Evergreen stock sinking
The diversified holding of technology investments remains weak during trading, while the Paris market advances modestly. The stock ranks among the sharpest declines on the entire exchange, following the publication of half-yearly results still marked by a strained financial situation.
A stock at 0.07€ at the bottom of the Paris exchange ranking
The Evergreen stock falls 6.25% to 0.07€ during trading, among the sharpest declines on the CAC All Shares, while the CAC 40 gains 0.29% and the SBF 120 0.24%. Over a week, the decline reaches 10%, and the stock has lost nearly 80% over a year. A rebound of 12.5% over three months compensates only an infinitesimal part of this annual erosion.
The price has fallen below the MA20 and MA50, both at 0.07€, with a gap of 3.57% in each case. The gap with the MA200, at 0.14€, reaches -51.79%. The RSI at 50 remains neutral, far from any oversold zone, which indicates that today's decline has not yet exhausted the selling momentum.
Half-yearly results showing improvement but equity still negative
Evergreen published on October 14 its first half 2026 results. The net loss is reduced to 3.04 M€, compared to 14.03 M€ a year earlier, following the execution of the agreement concluded with Zencap Asset Management. Equity remains negative, however, at -35.27 M€ on June 30, compared to -32.23 M€ at the end of 2025, and the statutory auditors highlight significant uncertainty regarding business continuity. The company is in judicial receivership.
Its observation period had been extended until October 14, and it has requested a final extension to present a recovery plan. The court had not yet ruled at the date of the report. The support at 0.06€ is found at approximately 11% below the current price, resistance at 0.08€ at approximately 18% above.
