Unibail-Rodamco share falls 15% in three months and slides toward its support level
The shopping center real estate company is losing ground in a Paris market clearly oriented downward. The decline extends a difficult quarter, as weekend social tensions and French debt occupy the trading session.
A pullback that distances the security from its three moving averages
The Unibail-Rodamco-WE share retreats 1.87% to €88.14 during the session, against a CAC 40 losing 1.33%. The security ranks among the strongest declines in the CAC 40, occupying position 28 out of 40. It has fallen below its 20-day moving average (€89.79, gap of 1.84%), having already lost its 50-day moving average (€95.28) and its 200-day moving average (€98.40), the latter 10.4% above the current price.
The RSI at 45 remains neutral: the movement is a gradual pullback, not a capitulation. Over three months, the security has surrendered nearly 15%, and the support level at €85.98 is located less than 2.5% below the current price. This threshold was already approached on October 8, when the share briefly touched €86.86 before recovering.

The real estate company's decline occurs in a market penalized by violence that occurred Saturday in several French cities. The yield on the ten-year OAT was 4.79% according to the latest reading from the Banque de France on October 16, or 1.37 points above the Bund. The 2027 budget matter remains under discussion in the National Assembly. On the company front, the publication of the rebound of October 13 was not sufficient to halt the trend.
According to the consensus of analysts surveyed, the share is trading at approximately 9.5 times the earnings of the current fiscal year. The group had confirmed in July its 2026 guidance, describing it as prudent, with an assumption of no further major deterioration in the macroeconomic environment. The next milestone is the publication of third quarter 2026 results, scheduled for October 22.
This guidance assumes no major additional deterioration of the macro-economic and geopolitical environment.
