Unibail-Rodamco-WE share touches €86.86 below its support level, then recovers
The shopping centre real estate company ranks among the lower performers on the CAC 40, in a declining Paris market. The share briefly broke through a technical support level that has been monitored for several weeks, before recovering partially.
A support level broken and then reclaimed, below the three moving averages
The Unibail-Rodamco-WE share fell 1.91% to €87.14 in mid-afternoon, among the steepest declines on the CAC 40 while the index lost 0.27%. During the session, it broke through its support level of €87.28 down to a low of €86.86, before rising back above it (last trade at €87.68). This breakdown occurs as the price remains below its three moving averages: the 20-day MA at €91.68 is 4.95% above, the 50-day MA at €97.65 is 10.76% above.
The decline is part of a broader slide, with a loss of 15.48% over three months and 8.89% over one month. The RSI at 34 reflects buyer exhaustion in recent weeks without entering oversold territory. The share had already lost ground the previous day, below these same averages.

French interest rates are weighing on the Paris market. The 10-year OAT stands at 4.90% according to the Banque de France survey dated October 8, its highest level on record, and the spread with the Bund reaches 1.40 points. The yield has gained 65 basis points in one month, as the National Assembly examines the 2027 budget.
On the valuation front, the share is trading at approximately 9.4 times earnings for the current fiscal year, according to analyst consensus. When H1 2026 results were published on July 30, the group cited among opportunities the acquisition of 50% of Westfield UTC in San Diego, and among risks an average cost of debt rising to 2.3%, versus 2.1% in 2025. The level of €86.86, the session low, is now the price the share has touched.
This guidance assumes no major additional deterioration of the macro-economic and geopolitical environment.
