URW SE announced on Thursday, June 25, the completion of its internal reorganization designed to simplify the group's legal structure through the destapling of its shares. This operation, initially announced on February 12, 2026, was approved by the URW SE general meeting on May 6, 2026, and by the URW NV general meeting on June 18, 2026. The destapling took effect on June 25, 2026, at which point the URW SE staple shares and URW NV Class A shares ceased to exist. As a result of this reorganization, URW SE has become the sole entity listed on Euronext Paris. The ISIN of the share remains unchanged (FR0013326246). Shareholders now exclusively hold URW SE shares.
