Worldline Rebounds Nearly 5% and Reclaims Its 20-Day Moving Average
The European payments specialist posted a clear rebound late in the afternoon, in a well-oriented Paris market. The rally follows the announcement of a buyback offer for its debt a few days earlier, while the stock remains far below its levels of a year ago.
A Rebound That Puts the Stock Back Above Its 20-Day Moving Average
The stock gained 4.92% to €11.25, among the largest increases in the SBF 120, while the index rose 2.07% and the CAC 40 gained 2.18%.
Worldline thus moved back above its 20-day moving average (€10.79), a gap of 4.3%. The 50-day (€11.90) and 200-day (€12.14) moving averages, however, remain above the share price, at 5.4% and 7.3% respectively.
The move extends a week that was already well oriented (+9.5% over seven days), but it only partially offsets the 16.4% decline over three months. Over one year, the loss still exceeds 51%. This upward session contrasts with the slight decline on October 29 that followed the post-results surge.

On November 2, the group offered bondholders to buy back in cash its outstanding 2027 bonds at 98% of their par value, an operation intended, according to the company, to “proactively manage the profile of its debt”.
When it published its third-quarter 2026 results (on October 27), Worldline reported organic revenue growth of 2.5%, while net-net revenue fell by 1%.
Management confirmed that the group remained on track to meet its 2026 outlook, with an EBITDA target of €640 million. On the analyst side, Autonomous lowered its target price from €11.30 to €11.00 on November 3, with a neutral rating, a level close to the current share price.
The consensus is detailed on the analyst opinions on Worldline page. The €12 resistance level is the next level to watch.
