Aramis Group Restructures Its European Organization and Appoints a New CEO in Italy
Aramis Group announces a reorganization of its European structure with the creation of two geographical clusters and the expansion of responsibilities for two executives. Paolo Di Napoli has been appointed as the CEO of brumbrum (Italy) effective from April 1, 2026.
Expansion of Executive Roles and New Geographical Clusters
Romain Boscher, CEO of Aramisauto (France), will now also oversee the Belgian market as part of the France - Belgium cluster he will lead. Alejandro Garcia-Mella, CEO of Clicars (Spain), will head the Spain - Italy cluster and will support the rollout of the convergence strategy in the Italian market. Matthias Gommeren remains the CEO of Cardoen (Belgium) and will continue the operational management of the Belgian market.

Paolo Di Napoli has been appointed as the CEO of brumbrum effective from April 1, 2026. He has been serving as the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Operational Support at brumbrum since October 2025. He succeeds Matteo Barcella. Di Napoli joined Aramis Group in June 2022 as a Manager of Strategy & International Development, before being promoted to Global Head of Strategy & International Development in August 2023.
