Renault Group honors the memory of Louis Schweitzer by naming the Le Mans site after him, a center of chassis excellence for the Group. Under his leadership, the Group underwent significant transformations: modernization and internationalization, launch of iconic models (Twingo, Scénic, and Kangoo), acquisition of Dacia, formation of the Alliance with Nissan, and establishment of Auto Chassis International. This last entity laid the foundations of the Le Mans chassis excellence ecosystem.
