Financial Performance Overview
According to the press release, Sopra Steria recorded a revenue of 1,315.8 million euros in the third quarter of 2025, down by 3% in total variation. The organic contraction was 2.9%, adjusted for currency fluctuations and scope changes related to the acquisition of Aurexia. In France, accounting for 44% of the group's revenue, sales remained stable at 574.9 million euros. In the United Kingdom, revenue decreased by 9.5%, while Europe experienced a decline of 3.4%.
Strategic Developments and Acquisitions
Sopra Steria continues its development strategy with ongoing negotiations for the acquisition of Neocase. This move aims to strengthen its dedicated human resources solutions activities. The acquisition is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to necessary regulatory consultations and the approval of the representative bodies. The board of directors is also seeking a new CEO, supported by a specialized firm.
Financial Outlook and Sector Recovery
According to Sopra Steria, although some sectors are showing signs of recovery, particularly aerospace and defense, the group maintains its financial targets for the year 2025. These include an organic revenue growth ranging from -2.5% to +0.5%, with an expected operating margin rate between 9.3% and 9.8%. The group also anticipates a net cash flow corresponding to 5% to 7% of the annual revenue.
