This loan is structured in issuance warrants giving access to convertible or exchangeable bonds into shares. The first tranche, subscribed on February 2, 2026, amounted to 1,500 k€ and was paid on February 2, 2026, to the ad hoc mandate account SELARL THEVENOT PARTNERS at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. This sum fully finances the company's debt, assessed at 1,390 k€, and is intended to ensure its distribution among the creditors.
