Starting March 31, 2026, Amundi will consolidate its stake in ICG using the equity method. The asset manager currently holds a 4.64% share in ICG's capital and plans to increase its economic exposure to 9.9%. This increase will be achieved through the issuance of non-voting shares by ICG to Amundi's benefit. ICG will carry out buybacks of ordinary shares in the market to offset the dilutive effect of these issuances.
