The new organization is structured around five divisions, each led by: Nicolas Calcoen (strategy, finance, and control), Fannie Wurtz (clients), Vincent Mortier (investments), Claire Cornil (operations and technology), and Sarah Finkelstein (transformation, human resources, and communication). This structure replaces the previous organizational model and is effective immediately.

Three regions now oversee the activities: Europe (under the responsibility of Olivier Mariée), Asia (Fannie Wurtz), and North America (Nicolas Calcoen). The executive committee now includes thirteen members: Valérie Baudson (CEO), Nicolas Calcoen, Fannie Wurtz, Vincent Mortier, Claire Cornil, Sarah Finkelstein, Olivier Mariée, Benoît Tassou (head of French partners), Céline Boyer-Chammard (general secretary), Philippe d'Orgeval (deputy director of investments), Isabelle Senéterre (human resources), Cinzia Tagliabue (head of activities in Italy), and Éric Vandamme (risk manager). Four appointments complete this restructuring: Thierry Ancona takes the role of vice-president of the Clients group, Gaëtan Delculée becomes responsible for distribution and private banking, Alexandre Lefebvre leads the private and alternative asset activities, and Adrienne Meunier becomes deputy director of human resources.
Au troisième trimestre, Amundi a prolongé les dynamiques positives avec une collecte de +15 Md€, une hausse des revenus de +5% et une progression du résultat avant impôt de +4 %.
Collecte soutenue (9M +67 Md€, T3 +15 Md€), encours record 2 317 Md€, croissance des revenus (+4,9 % 9M ajusté), forte progression d'Amundi Technology (+48% 9M/9M) et bonne dynamique des ETF (+28 Md€ 9M). Résultats ajustés en hausse: résultat avant impôt ajusté 9M 1 340 M€, résultat net ajusté 9M 978 M€.
