ArcelorMittal Announces Financial Calendar for 2026
Steel manufacturer ArcelorMittal has revealed, on December 12, the dates for the publication of its financial results for the fiscal year 2026. The general meeting of shareholders is also scheduled.
Scheduled Financial Results Release Dates
According to the press release, the group will publish its fourth quarter and full year 2025 results on February 5, 2026. The accounts for the first quarter of 2026 will be announced on April 30, followed by the results for the second quarter and the first half of 2026 on July 30. Finally, the performance for the third quarter of 2026 will be made public on November 5, 2026. This announcement is part of the group's usual annual planning.
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
ArcelorMittal's general meeting of shareholders will take place on May 5, 2026, the company indicates. This statutory meeting will allow shareholders to vote on the accounts for the fiscal year 2025 and resolutions proposed by the management. The group, present in 60 countries with primary steel operations in 14 countries, is the leading steel producer in Europe. In 2024, ArcelorMittal generated a revenue of $62.4 billion, produced 57.9 million tonnes of crude steel, and 42.4 million tonnes of iron ore.
