Atos Secures Two Key Lots in the National Territorial Cyber Resilience Program
Atos has won two lots of the framework agreement of the Territorial Cyber Resilience Program launched by Gigalis, the public procurement center based in the Pays de la Loire. This program aims to enhance the ability of French public organizations to anticipate cyber risks and withstand attacks.
Governance & Cyber Strategy and Regulatory Compliance & Certification Support
Atos wins Lot 1, Governance & Cyber Strategy, as well as Lot 5, Regulatory Compliance & Certification Support, within a four-year multi-award framework agreement. Lot 1 focuses on the implementation and management of organizational, methodological, and documentary arrangements for optimal management of cyber risks and the protection of the informational resources of Gigalis members. Lot 5 includes the provision of services to assist beneficiaries in complying their information systems with legal, regulatory, and normative requirements applicable to their missions, including gap analysis, definition and implementation of compliance action plans, preparation for necessary certifications, and ongoing compliance monitoring and maintenance.
A Comprehensive Approach to Territorial Cyber Resilience
The Territorial Cyber Resilience Program of Gigalis is based on a four-year framework agreement involving seven complementary lots carried by 19 holder companies covering the entire cyber resilience chain. The market holders are committed to cooperating and interconnecting their expertise to present a collective territorial force against cyber attackers, ensuring coordinated protection of public actors. The program aims to sustainably strengthen the digital security of public organizations beyond the simple logic of technical cybersecurity.
Atos to Implement Expertise in Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance
Atos will implement its expertise in risk management with risk analysis, security assurance plan, and cyber strategy, including information systems security policy (ISSP) and security by design. The company will also work on regulatory compliance covering the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Network & Information Security 2 (NIS2), and the Military Programming Law (LPM), as well as resilience with business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery plans (DRP), and support for ISO 27001 certification and health data hosting (HDS). This framework agreement with Gigalis is the second for Atos, which had joined in 2025 'the Territorial AI Factory' aimed at supporting public actors in their artificial intelligence and open source solution projects.
