In California, the Department of Pesticide Regulation continues its review of EVOCA, with its Human Health Assessment Department having accepted the EPA-approved label. Approval is currently projected for the second half of 2026. In Europe, the regulatory review is progressing with a two-month public consultation phase set to launch this week. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and the Dutch Board for the Authorisation of Plant Protection Products (CTGB) will then review the comments before the file proceeds to the decision phase.
