Clariane Reports a 5.1% Organic Revenue Growth Over the First Nine Months of 2025
The companyreaches nearly 4 billion euros in revenue by the end of September, according to its quarterly results.
In the third quarter of 2025, Clariane achieved a revenue of 1,320 million euros, marking a 5.1% organic increase compared to the same period in 2024. Over the first nine months of the year, the revenue amounted to 3,976 million euros, showing a 4.9% organic growth. This growth is attributed to all regions and business sectors of the company.
The company continues to improve its pricing and product mix. For the second half of 2025, the company anticipates an EBITDA growth, although the target is slightly below the initial range of 6% to 9%.
Clariane finalized its financial strengthening plan earlier than anticipated. The company expects a continued increase in volumes and pricing adjustments, particularly in Germany. For 2025, it confirms its organic revenue growth target of around 5% and aims to reduce its financial leverage to less than 5.5 times EBITDA. The outlook for 2026 includes an improvement in EBITDA margin.
