ENGIE Restructures Its Executive Committee: Three Key Appointments Announced
ENGIE announces several changes within its Executive Committee. Deputy CEO Paulo Almirante will assume the role of Senior Advisor starting July 15, 2026, while Pedro Vasconcelos and Rosaline Corinthien will join the group's governance as deputy CEOs.
Significant Changes in the Executive Committee
ENGIE is making significant changes within its Executive Committee. Currently Deputy CEO in charge of the GBU Renewable & Flex Power, Paulo Almirante will be appointed Senior Advisor effective July 15, 2026. Pedro Vasconcelos will join ENGIE as Deputy CEO on June 1, 2026, and will succeed Paulo Almirante as head of the GBU Renewable & Flex Power starting July 15. Rosaline Corinthien has been appointed Deputy CEO in charge of the Power Networks activity and will join the Group's Executive Committee on May 1, 2026.
Continued Involvement and New Roles
Paulo Almirante will continue to support ENGIE as a Senior Advisor, lending his expertise to various entities, including his roles on the boards of EBE (Engie Brasil Energia), TABREED, Ocean Winds, and UK Power Networks. With over 35 years of experience in the energy sector, including 15 years at ENGIE and 10 years on the Executive Committee, he has played a key role in the group's transformation and growth. Pedro Vasconcelos, with nearly two decades of international experience in renewable energies and strategic transformation at EDP Group, has held several leadership positions in strategy and operational development. Rosaline Corinthien, with over 25 years of experience across the energy value chain, will lead ENGIE's activities in power networks and brings extensive experience in managing regulated infrastructures and international teams.
