EssilorLuxottica Extends Partnership with Burberry Until 2035
The Franco-Italian optical and eyewear giant EssilorLuxottica and the British luxury brand Burberry have announced the renewal of their licensing agreement for an additional ten years. The agreement, which was set to expire at the end of December 2025, has been extended until December 31, 2035.
According to the joint statement released by the two companies, the agreement covers the design, production, and global distribution of eyewear under the Burberry brand. The partnership between EssilorLuxottica and the British house has lasted nearly two decades, having started in 2006. The renewal is part of a longstanding and fruitful relationship, as described by both parties.
