Eurazeo negotiates the sale of Aroma-Zone to Partners Group
The Paris-based investment group would reinvest alongside the Swiss buyer, thereby maintaining exposure to the natural cosmetics brand it has supported since 2021.
Exclusive discussions aimed at a majority sale
Eurazeo announced on August 6, 2026 that it had entered into exclusive discussions with Partners Group regarding its stake in Aroma-Zone, a natural beauty, wellness and skincare brand founded by the Vausselin family in 1999.
As part of the proposed transaction, Eurazeo Capital IV and its affiliates would divest their current stake in the company. Eurazeo Capital V and its affiliates would in turn reinvest alongside Partners Group, which would acquire a majority stake on behalf of its clients.
The proposed transaction would generate approximately 576 million euros in gross proceeds for the benefit of Eurazeo's balance sheet. At this stage, no sale has been finalized: these are exclusive discussions, preliminary to a potential signing.
The completion of the transaction would remain subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals, in particular following the information and consultation process with employee representative bodies and authorization from the competent competition authorities, as well as customary closing conditions.
Expanded client base and international development initiated
Eurazeo has supported Aroma-Zone since 2021, alongside the management team led by Sabrina Herlory-Rouget, Chief Executive Officer of the company.
During this period, the company has more than tripled its revenue and grown its active customer base to over five million. It has also initiated its international development in Belgium, Italy and the United Kingdom.
The brand has accelerated the development of its omnichannel model, strengthened its systems and processes, and invested in its human resources as well as in its digital, industrial and logistics infrastructure. Aroma-Zone is a mission-driven company, recently certified as a B Corp.
According to Amandine Ayrem, Partner at Eurazeo, the proposed transaction would enable the group to realize part of the value created, while reaffirming its confidence in the company's future through a significant reinvestment alongside the new majority shareholder.
