Eutelsat Communications Launches a €1.5 Billion Bond Offering
Eutelsat Communications announces the launch of a bond offering with a total nominal amount of €1.5 billion in new senior bonds denominated in euros.
Details of the Bond Offering
Eutelsat Communications S.A. (ISIN: FR0010221234) announces the launch of a €1.5 billion new senior bond offering, including senior bonds maturing in 2031 and senior bonds maturing in 2033. The bonds will be guaranteed by Eutelsat S.A. and OneWeb Holdings Limited. The completion of the offering is subject to market conditions.
Use of Proceeds
The Company plans to use the gross proceeds from the offering, combined with draws on a new €400 million credit line available from November 13, 2025, to fully repay the €600 million 2.25% bonds maturing in 2027, the €600 million 9.750% bonds maturing in 2029, the term loan and the revolving credit facility concluded on June 25, 2021, as well as to cover the costs and expenses related to these transactions, accrued interests, and to increase its cash reserves.
