Eutelsat Communications Publishes Its Semi-Annual Liquidity Report
Eutelsat Communications has disclosed the figures related to its liquidity contract managed by BNP Paribas as of December 31, 2025. The satellite operator holds 407,063 shares and 1,135,320 euros in cash in the dedicated account.
Liquidity Account Status as of December 31, 2025
As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account managed by BNP Paribas on behalf of Eutelsat Communications showed a total of 407,063 shares and a cash amount of 1,135,320 euros, according to the group's statement. These figures represent an increase from the status as of June 30, 2025, when the account held 373,992 shares and 983,808 euros in cash. The change in positions reflects the activity of the contract during the second half of the calendar year 2025. The group notes that this arrangement has been in place since July 1, 2021, following the decision of the Financial Markets Authority number 2021-01 dated June 22, 2021.
Trading Activity in the Second Half of 2025
During the second half of the calendar year 2025, from July to December, BNP Paribas conducted 1,063 purchase transactions totaling 1,287,242 shares, representing an amount of 4,355,372 euros, the company indicates. On the sales side, the provider executed 943 transactions involving 1,252,671 shares, for a total amount of 4,256,219 euros. These operations are part of the liquidity contract aimed at promoting regularity in quotations and the liquidity of Eutelsat Communications shares on the market. The activity in the second semester appears less intense than that recorded in the first six months of the year.
First Semester of 2025 Activity
In the first half of the calendar year 2025, the liquidity contract activity was more intense, according to data communicated by the group. BNP Paribas had conducted 2,450 purchase transactions involving 2,637,671 shares, for a total of 9,160,782 euros. Sales amounted to 2,654,025 shares across 2,235 transactions, totaling 9,374,988 euros. For historical reference, Eutelsat notes that on July 1, 2021, at the implementation of the current contract, the liquidity account held 353,359 shares and 882,749 euros in cash. At the time of the previous AMF decision implementation on December 31, 2018, the resources stood at 194,142 shares and 2,457,869 euros.
