Semi-Annual Account Overview

At the end of the second half of 2025, the liquidity account of Eutelsat Communications managed by BNP Paribas displayed a total of 407,063 shares and a cash reserve of 1,135,320 euros, the company reports. This reflects the changes in positions since the previous semi-annual closure on June 30, 2025, which reported 373,992 shares and 983,808 euros in cash. The liquidity arrangement is part of the implementation of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) decision number 2021-01 dated June 22, 2021.

Transactions in the Last Six Months

During the last six months of 2025, the satellite operator recorded the purchase of 1,287,242 shares for an amount of 4,355,372 euros, distributed across 1,063 transactions, the statement specifies. Concurrently, 1,252,671 shares were sold for 4,256,219 euros during 943 sale transactions. The net balance of the operations resulted in an accumulation of 34,571 additional shares in the liquidity account, while the cash reserve increased by 151,512 euros compared to June 30, 2025.

First Semester 2025 Performance Recap

The group recalls that during the first semester of 2025, the liquidity contract facilitated the purchase of 2,637,671 shares for 9,160,782 euros through 2,450 transactions, and the sale of 2,654,025 shares for 9,374,988 euros across 2,235 operations, according to the company. As of the implementation date of AMF decision 2021-01, which is July 1, 2021, the account held 353,359 shares and 882,749 euros in cash. Eutelsat Communications, a global satellite communications operator formed from the merger between Eutelsat and OneWeb in 2023, operates a fleet of 34 geostationary satellites and a constellation of over 600 low-earth orbit satellites.
