Exail Technologies raised 300 million euros through indefinitely convertible bonds, which will help reduce the cost of debt and prepare for the refinancing of ICG instruments in 2026. The company also secured significant contracts, particularly in maritime robotics, with a total order intake of 85 million euros in the third quarter.
