Exxita Be Circular, a Spanish technology company specializing in the circular economy of electronic products, presented France as its first priority market within the framework of its international expansion strategy.
The company describes France as one of Europe's most advanced circular economy ecosystems, combining demanding regulations, established extended producer responsibility (EPR) schemes, leading manufacturers and distributors, as well as a network of public and private stakeholders.
Beyond France, Exxita's European strategy also includes the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Norway, and Poland.
A Listing on Euronext Access Paris to Support Strategy
The company marked September 15, 2026 its admission to listing through a bell ceremony at Euronext Paris, following a direct listing that took place on July 15, 2026 on Euronext Access Paris, under the code MLEXX.
This direct listing concerned the 88,797 existing shares comprising the company's capital, with a reference price set at 290.51 euros per share, representing a market capitalization of 25.8 million euros at the time of admission.
Based in Seville, Exxita employs approximately 160 people and operates more than 10,000 square meters of technical, logistics, and industrial infrastructure. In 2024, the company managed the lifecycle of more than 500,000 electronic products, notably working with Telefónica, MediaMarkt, Lenovo, TCL, and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.
