FDJ United Allocates €100,000 to Its 'Performance for Them' Program
FDJ United announces on Friday the support of five sports federations winners of its 'Performance for Them' program, endowed with €100,000. Triathlon, athletics, swimming, hockey, and rugby will benefit from support to structure the preparation of elite female athletes.
Five Federations Selected for High-Performance Female Projects
The French Triathlon Federation will work on optimizing high-altitude preparation for female athletes (elite, paralympic, and hopefuls) by refining the understanding of their physiological responses. Athletics will focus on reviving the 4x100m and 4x400m women's relays ahead of the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics, combining scientific monitoring and psychological support.
Rugby will structure the performance and health monitoring of Elite 1 players through video capture tools integrating artificial intelligence, aiming to enhance injury prevention. Hockey will establish a national program dedicated to female goalkeepers, covering technical and tactical development and mental support in pressure situations. Swimming will tailor preparation by integrating swimmers' hormonal cycles, with sleep monitoring and training ahead of Los Angeles 2028.

'Performance for Them' was launched in 2018 and has supported forty-six projects over nine years. In 2025, FDJ United organized the first edition of the 'Performance for Them Meetings' with the National Sports Agency, focusing on hormonal cycles and weight management in a context of very high performance, with expertise from Insep. A second edition of these meetings is scheduled for 2026.
