Honda and Crédit Agricole Sign Pan-European Financing Partnership
Honda and Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility have entered into a partnership to finance the Japanese manufacturer's automotive and motorcycle vehicles in eight European countries. The agreement includes the rollout of financing solutions starting in January 2026 in some countries and March-April 2026 in others.
Strategic Financial Partnerships Across Europe
Honda has selected Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility and Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy SA (EFL), a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., as financial partners to support the sales of its motorcycles and cars in 8 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Switzerland. The partnership also aims to support the activities of Honda dealerships. Depending on the country, Honda will benefit from the expertise of CA Auto Bank, Drivalia, Agos, and EFL.
Implementation Timeline of the Partnership
The partnership became effective on January 1, 2026, in Italy, Poland, Portugal, and Switzerland, where Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility operates under the white label Honda Financial Services. In Austria, the partnership will take effect on March 1, 2026. In Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, it will start from April 1, 2026.
Comprehensive Financing Solutions for Clients
The partnership covers a wide range of financing solutions aimed at both private and professional clients, including standard loans, lease-purchase options (LOA), long-term leasing (LLD), as well as financing solutions for dealership inventories.
