ID Logistics recorded a revenue of 3,737.0 million euros in 2025, growing by +14.2% (+16.0% on a like-for-like basis). The fourth quarter of 2025 reached 1,037.5 million euros, up by +12.2% (+14.7% on a like-for-like basis), surpassing the billion euro quarterly revenue mark for the first time. By geographic area in the fourth quarter: France recorded 257.8 million euros (+7.2%), Europe excluding France 509.0 million euros (+13.1% on a like-for-like basis), North America 199.5 million euros (+32.0% on a like-for-like basis), and other regions 71.2 million euros (+13.0% on a like-for-like basis).
Operational Highlights and New Contracts
ID Logistics initiated 27 new projects during the fiscal year 2025. In the fourth quarter, the Group notably signed or started several contracts: opening a new 41,000 sqm site in the United Kingdom for a global e-commerce leader in 2026 (450 jobs), expanding the partnership with a furniture leader with a new 35,000 sqm facility in Portugal in 2026, and collaborating with the H&M group in Brazil. The Group operates 450 sites across 19 countries, with 50,000 employees and 10 million sqm managed. The publication of the 2025 annual results is scheduled for March 11, 2026.
