ID Logistics Group Shares Soar by 5% After a 40% Growth in North America
ID Logistics Group saw an increase of nearly 5% this Thursday morning to €352.50, following the announcement of its quarterly revenue. The contract logistics specialist revealed a revenue growth of over 14%, driven particularly by North America. The stock marked its best weekly progress in several weeks, in a positively oriented Parisian market with the CAC 40 up by 0.55% during the session.
Strong Quarterly Performance Highlighted by North American Growth
ID Logistics Group announced on Tuesday evening a quarterly revenue of €990.7 million for the first quarter of 2026, marking an increase of 14.2% in reported figures and 17.2% on a like-for-like basis. North America was the main driver of this performance, with a 40% surge in activity for the period. The group also started five new client projects during the quarter, confirming the strength of its model based on dedicated logistics. This announcement comes in a contrasting context for the transport and logistics sector. While ID Logistics stands out, major American freight players showed less favorable stock performances: at the close of the day, FedEx was down 2.19% and UPS declined by 0.95%. The French group's stock, up by 5.38% over seven days, also contrasts with the stability of InPost and a 0.92% decline of ADP observed in Thursday's session.
Technical Perspective: Stock Approaches Upper Bollinger Band
From a technical standpoint, the day's rebound brings the stock price to €352.50, practically touching the upper Bollinger Band set at €353.04. This proximity, at 99% of the band's amplitude, signals a potential overbought zone and calls for caution in the very short term. The 20-day moving average, located at €332.48, has been significantly exceeded, indicating the magnitude of the bullish movement triggered by the quarterly publication. However, the stock remains 1.3% below its 50-day moving average (€357.27) and shows a more pronounced gap with the MM200 at €396.19. Over three months, the performance remains negative at -15.47%, indicating that the underlying trend has not yet reversed despite recent acceleration. The RSI, positioned at 47, confirms a still neutral positioning of the medium-term dynamics, far from extreme thresholds.
