ID Logistics Shares Hit a Two-Year Low Despite UBS Target of €505
ID Logistics Group saw its share price fall by 4.02% this Friday, to €310.50, breaking its previous two-year low of €308 during the session. The contractual logistics specialist has now seen a decline of nearly 13% over a week and more than 22% over three months. This new deterioration occurs as the CAC 40 itself dropped by 1.40% during the session.
Breaking Below Key Support Levels
By breaking below the €323 threshold, which was its last identified support, ID Logistics Group triggered a negative signal on the chart. The stock is now trading well below its 50-day (€396.43) and 200-day (€405.69) moving averages, indicating a bearish trend that has been established for several weeks. The RSI, at 24, is clearly in the oversold zone, a level that signals a significant selling excess but does not necessarily predict an immediate rebound. The price is also approaching the lower boundary of the Bollinger Bands, set at €313.74, which it briefly dipped below during the session. The major resistance is at €413, which is more than 33% above the current price, highlighting the extent of the recovery needed for a potential reversal in momentum.
UBS Maintains Buy Recommendation Despite Downtrend
Despite the downward spiral, UBS reiterated its buy recommendation on the stock on the previous day, March 19, while slightly adjusting its price target from €510 to €505. This target level implies a revaluation potential of over 62% compared to the closing price this Friday, a rarely observed gap that reflects the significant undervaluation of the stock in the eyes of the Swiss institution. Regarding the schedule, investors will have a new fundamental benchmark on April 22, when ID Logistics will publish its first quarter 2026 revenue. This date will be closely monitored to assess the commercial dynamics of the group and its ability to meet research expectations in a macroeconomic context marked by rising energy costs. The SBF 120, the index to which the stock belongs, was down 1.39% during the session this Friday.
