French group Keyrus announces the acquisition of Vuealta Holdings Limited, a British company specializing in enterprise performance management. This move aims to bolster the group's presence in the Asia-Pacific region, according to a statement released on Wednesday.
Enterprise Performance and Planning Expertise
Vuealta Holdings Limited is recognized for its expertise in enterprise performance management (EPM) and connected planning using the Anaplan platform, the statement notes. The company employs over 30 Anaplan specialists primarily based in Singapore. Having been active in the Asian market for over a decade, Vuealta generates an annual turnover of 4 million euros. The British company possesses technical expertise in deploying planning solutions for businesses in the region.
Strategic Expansion in Asia-Pacific
This acquisition represents an opportunity for Keyrus to strengthen its presence in the Asia-Pacific region and to expand its Anaplan deployment capabilities, according to the group. Keyrus currently manages specialized teams in enterprise performance management in Singapore, the Philippines, and Vietnam. These teams provide implementation, support, training, data integration, and consulting services. The integration of Vuealta is expected to accelerate and expand these capabilities to serve the region's priority industries, the company indicates.
