Available for free on the brand's website, the Decor Diagnostic operates through a simple process: the user uploads a photo of the room to be transformed, the tool analyzes it and issues personalized recommendations regarding lighting, colors, materials, and furniture. The suggestions are illustrated by a staging that incorporates products from the Maisons du Monde collections, presented in a before/after comparison. The service focuses on quick fixes and easy-to-implement decorative touches, without requiring a major redesign project.
Decor Refresh: Personalized Remote Advice for €49
To extend the experience and offer more in-depth support, Maisons du Monde introduces Decor Refresh, a decor coaching service via video conference with a certified interior designer. The 30-minute session aims to define a new ambiance with the client, who leaves with professional advice and a shopping list tailored to their project. This service, offered at €49 per project, is part of a graduated offering: for more complete support, the existing Decor Makeover service provides a turnkey project from €99 (offered or refunded depending on the customer's loyalty program status), including layout plans, photorealistic 3D visuals, material selection, and a personalized shopping list.
