Brandon Batt, Director of Human Resources and Transformation at Quadient, stated that this certification 'validates the culture we are deliberately building as part of our Elevate to 2030 strategy.' He emphasized that the timing is particularly significant as the company continues its transformation towards a more digitally-oriented automation platform, a transformation that requires robust execution, disciplined prioritization, and the attraction of talent aligned with this ambition.
