Racing Force: Mid-Year Revenue Up 19.1%, Americas Surge by 41%
Racing Force has delivered a first half of the year in line with its structural growth ambition. The consolidated revenue reached €46.8M, slightly exceeding the analysts' consensus which anticipated €78M for the full year. Over twelve months, the group has surpassed €80M in revenue (€80.6M precisely) for the first time, marking a new milestone in its expansion. However, this growth does not obscure an ongoing geographic redistribution: the Americas are experiencing a significantly higher acceleration (over 41%) compared to EMEA, the group's historical market, which grew only by 8.5%.
A Record First Half Driven by All Segments
The revenue for the first half of 2026 stands at €46.8M, up by €7.5M or +19.1% compared to €39.3M in the first half of 2025 (at constant exchange rates, the growth reaches 21.2%). The second quarter confirms this momentum with €22.5M (+20.3% year-over-year). This steady growth across both quarters attests to sustained demand across all product portfolios. Bell helmets play a driving role with a progression of 23.5%, benefiting from the cycle of new FIA and Snell homologation standards implemented in 2025. OMP racewear records an increase of 20.3%. The Car Parts segment, which had weakened at the start of the year, gradually recovers with a growth of 9% for the full semester, thanks to the resolution of delays accumulated among major automotive manufacturers involved in motorsport. The Other segment explodes with a progression of 58.2% (an additional €1.6M), fueled by multi-year supplies of Racing Spirit apparel and HPS helmets delivered to the Netherlands.
The Americas Reconfigure the Group's Geography
The pivot to the Americas is sharply defined. The region generated €13.1M in revenue in the first half, up by €3.8M at current exchange rates (+41.4%) and +50.3% at constant exchange rates. The acceleration intensifies in the second quarter (+51.4% year-over-year). Meanwhile, EMEA, which remains the largest market in terms of absolute volumes (up by €2.3M, or +8.5%), sees its relative weight diluted in the face of this North American momentum. Asia-Pacific also displays rapid growth (39.8%, or an additional €1.4M) although driven by a favorable base effect in the Australian market. This distribution reveals the success of the group's territorial establishment strategy, particularly in major American automotive championships, where OMP and Bell are gaining market share. In terms of channels, Dealers generate €26M (+15.2%), Team & Car Manufacturers €12.7M (+22%), and the Other category €7.9M (+27.9%).
Visibility Maintained Despite Demanding Comparisons in the Second Half
Racing Force does not offer numerical guidance for the second half of 2026, but asserts that order intakes from the first half remain in growth, supporting short-term visibility. However, the group warns that the second half of 2025 had been particularly strong, marking the start of the current expansion phase, creating a challenging comparison base. The group anticipates a pivotal year in 2027 for its diversification projects, particularly in corporate apparel and communication solutions (via its joint venture Zeronoise, which signed a multi-year contract with Formula E in July 2026). Despite a geopolitical context described as complex, the management maintains a positive outlook on prospects both in motorsport and these new growth drivers.
