Sidetrade unveils 'O2C Intelligence 2030', a four-year strategic plan repositioning the company as an AI-native player in the Order-to-Cash market. The group plans to launch three new AI-powered products by the end of Q3 2026.

Leveraging a Robust Foundation

The O2C Intelligence 2030 plan builds on the foundations Sidetrade has accumulated over more than 26 years of expertise in Order-to-Cash. The company operates the world's largest proprietary O2C Data Lake, fueled by $8.8 trillion in B2B transactions, 1.3 billion payment experiences, and 42 million purchasing companies over five years. This database is updated in real-time at a rate of five payment experiences per second. On this infrastructure, Sidetrade has trained expert AI models calibrated on thousands of collection calls, millions of Order-to-Cash related emails, and billions of payment experiences. The group has also developed specialized language models, initially derived from open-source foundations, which are now run on its own Private Cloud infrastructure.

Fully integrated into the Sidetrade O2C Intelligence platform, the three new products will be orchestrated by the company's proprietary technological base. Aimie Cash Collection, launched nearly twelve months ago, is already being marketed with 24 agents either in production or being integrated into major companies. At least three additional components will be industrialized in the next twelve months: Aimie Cash Application Analyst, Aimie Dispute Resolver, and Aimie Credit Analyst. The business model is based on a fixed monthly subscription per agent, with a capped execution volume. The Agent Builder Studio provides Sidetrade's clients with a no-code environment to design custom AI agents through visual workflows. Aimie IQ, a natural language interaction layer, brings together AI agents, O2C applications, and users in a unified decision-making space. A new role, Cash Deployment Engineer, has been created to support strategic accounts in identifying use cases and developing agents tailored to each organization.

Internal Transformation Program

Sidetrade has initiated an internal transformation program deploying AI agents across its operations. In the first twelve months, 20 to 40 internal AI agents will be deployed, aiming for 10% to 15% operational efficiency gains. In research and development, Sidetrade is incorporating AI agents in code generation, testing, quality, and production. The goal is to triple R&D productivity in 36 months. Since April 1, 2026, the Customer Success, Professional Services, and IT Support departments have been merged into a single department called Customer Experience and will be progressively augmented by AI agents. The operational model is based on self-financing: 50% of the savings generated are reallocated to the next wave.
