TotalEnergies pays a third interim dividend of €0.90 per share, up 5.9%
TotalEnergies' Board of Directors, meeting on 28 October 2026 under the chairmanship of Patrick Pouyanné, approved this payment for the 2026 financial year, an increase of 5.9% compared with the interim dividends and balance paid for the 2025 financial year.
An amount identical to the first two interim dividends, payable in April 2027
Set at €0.90 per share, this third interim dividend is identical to the first and second interim dividends for the 2026 financial year. According to the press release, the increase is part of the shareholder return policy presented on 28 September 2026 in New York, which provides for annual dividend growth of more than 5% through 2030.
On Euronext, the interim dividend will go ex-dividend on 31 March 2027 and be paid on 2 April 2027, exclusively in cash. For shares listed on the NYSE, the ex-dividend date is also set at 31 March 2027, and payment will take place on 20 April 2027.
The US dollar amount will be calculated on the basis of the EUR/USD WM/Refinitiv Intra-Day spot exchange rate published at 2 p.m. (Paris time) on 13 April 2027. A transfer freeze period between the two markets is scheduled from 3 p.m. (New York time) on 30 March 2027 to the opening of Euronext on 2 April 2027.
