Ubisoft Entertain Share Falls 5.5%, Worst Performer in SBF 120
The video game publisher suffers a sharp correction this Wednesday, in a virtually stable SBF 120, and finds itself at the bottom of the broadened index. The decline brings the stock below all of its moving averages, erasing the technical rebound observed at the end of July.
A Drop of More Than 5% That Pulls Ubisoft Below All Its Moving Averages
The Ubisoft Entertain share loses 5.41% to €5.28 in trading, the worst performer in the SBF 120 while the broadened index hovers in balance (+0.03%). The stock had nonetheless risen above all three of its moving averages on July 30, following a gain of 4.5% that seemed to confirm the summer rebound. This Wednesday, the price is trading below the 20-day moving average at €5.53 (difference of -4.45%), below the 50-day moving average at €5.36 (-1.42%) and below the 200-day moving average at €5.37 (-1.60%).
The resistance level at €6.02 is moving further away, while the support at €4.73 now represents the next identified downside benchmark. The RSI at 52 remains neutral, with no signal of selling exhaustion for the moment, which leaves today's momentum without immediate technical counterweight.
