According to the press release, as of December 31, 2025, VusionGroup's liquidity account showed a balance of 11,619 Vusion shares and 1,108,961 euros in cash. This position follows the transactions carried out during the second half of 2025 under the contract entrusted to BNP Paribas. The scheme aims to ensure the liquidity of the share listed on compartment A of Euronext Paris. The company, which specializes in digitalization solutions for physical commerce, has over 350 major retail groups as clients worldwide.

During the second half of 2025, the service provider executed 84,741 share purchases totaling 19,401,618 euros, spread across 1,457 transactions, the group reports. At the same time, 75,275 shares were sold for a total of 17,229,305 euros through 1,708 transactions. These movements led to a change in position compared to the previous semi-annual report. As of June 30, 2025, the account held 1,678 shares and 3,401,026 euros in cash.
Review of the First Half of 2025 Activities
The press release also recalls the activities of the first half of 2025. Between February 1 and June 30, 2025, the service provider negotiated the purchase of 149,296 shares for 28,702,346 euros across 1,926 transactions, and sold 158,618 shares for 30,625,950 euros through 2,947 transactions.
