Worldline Reduces Its Capital from 193 to 5.7 Million Euros
Worldline has implemented a capital reduction by decreasing the nominal value of its shares, as decided by its board of directors on January 29, 2026. The operation reduces the unit nominal value from €0.68 to €0.02.
Worldline proceeded with a capital reduction by way of decreasing the nominal value of the shares, in accordance with the first extraordinary resolution adopted during the Extraordinary General Meeting on January 8, 2026. The nominal value of each share was reduced from sixty-eight euro cents (€0.68) to two euro cents (€0.02). The share capital was reduced from one hundred ninety-three million ninety-five thousand six hundred thirty-nine euros (€193,095,639) to five million six hundred seventy-nine thousand two hundred eighty-three euros and fifty cents (€5,679,283.50). The number of ordinary shares in circulation remains at two hundred eighty-three million nine hundred sixty-four thousand one hundred seventy-five (283,964,175).
